Who’s on the line? You already know before you pick up.
A returning customer who has to tell the whole story again feels like a stranger. And you lose the first two minutes of every call catching up.
The caller card fills itself: every conversation, every channel and every appointment lands on one timeline per person. Without anyone having to type a thing.
In pilot · module on top of Voxori Base · included in Voxori Complete
In pilot
In pilot means: built and tested, not live by default. We switch this module on per customer after a guided start — listening in on a few real conversations before anything runs unattended.
Two switches, both off by default. You switch the module on in your portal, and we have to have released it platform-wide. If either one is missing the module does nothing — no half measures, no button that quietly does nothing.
The price is on the price list, because that is a commercial choice. Saying it “already runs at customers” would be untrue — which is exactly why this block is here.
A CRM you don’t have to maintain
Most CRM systems fail at the same point: they are only as good as what someone types into them, and nobody types. After three weeks it holds half the information and nobody trusts it any more.
You don’t fill this caller card in; it fills itself. Every phone call, every message on a connected channel and every appointment lands automatically on that person’s timeline. You open the card and see what happened, not what someone got round to adding.
It is Voxori’s own card, not a pass-through to an external package. So you don’t need a separate CRM subscription to know who is calling.
CRM & caller card, concretely.
One card per person
Name, number and everything ever discussed and booked, in one place. Recognition runs on the phone number, so nobody has to identify themselves.
A timeline across every channel
Phone, and with an active channel also chat, WhatsApp or email. One story instead of four separate places where something might be sitting.
Appointments sit alongside
What was booked, moved and kept — on the same line as the conversations. You see at a glance whether someone cancels often.
It fills itself, always
There is no moment where you fill it in, so there is no moment where it slips. What happens is what’s in there.
Yours, in Amsterdam
The card runs inside Voxori on servers in Amsterdam and falls under the same processing agreement as the rest. Erasure on request applies here just as it does everywhere else.
HubSpot or Pipedrive: on request
The integrations are built but not open for self-service yet. If you work with either one, talk to us — we’ll say honestly what does and does not work.
What the caller card is not
This is not sales software. The edge sits deliberately close to the phone call:
There is no sales pipeline in it. No deals, no stages, no forecast. The card tells you who someone is and what happened — not what they ought to buy.
It is not a mailing list. The card is not used to send campaigns. Whoever calls does not end up in a marketing file automatically.
Without the pilot release it collects nothing. The module sits behind two locks. If the platform-wide release is off, literally nothing is recorded — no half measures, no quiet storage.
What does it cost?
CRM & caller card is a separate module on top of Voxori Base (€79/mo) at +€39/mo, and it is included in Voxori Complete (€319/mo). You never pay more than the Voxori Complete price: stack modules beyond that amount and you get Voxori Complete. €0 setup, cancel monthly, prices exclude VAT.
Questions about CRM & caller card.
Do I have to enter data myself?
No. That is the whole point: the card is filled by what happens — calls, messages on connected channels and appointments. You can open the card yourself, but you never have to type anything into it.
Does Voxori recognise a returning caller?
Recognition runs on the phone number. If someone calls from a different number, or with caller ID withheld, there is no card to attach it to — then it is simply a new conversation.
Can I connect my existing CRM?
The HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations are built, but not open for you to switch on yourself yet. If you use either one, let us know and we’ll tell you exactly what does and does not work right now.
What happens to the data if a customer wants to be forgotten?
It is erased, along with the rest of the data around that person. That runs through the same GDPR route as transcripts and appointments.
What does “in pilot” mean here?
Built and tested, but behind two gates: you switch it on and we have to have released it platform-wide. As long as that second switch is off, the module collects nothing.
